Effective heat balancing to promote even baking is achieved through adjusting the relative size of flame sections to match typical oven heat distribution patterns; balancing burners placed in the front end zones make them particularly effective in the critical early stages of the baking process.

Several features contribute to flexibility. A High-Power capability twice that of conventional balancing burners allows their use in the first zones of the oven where they can be most effective. Flame width can be matched to individual product pattern to eliminate edge effects, and all flame sections are independently adjustable with on-the-run flame adjustment. When a new product run starts, the flame width and intensity can be matched to the product pattern without downtime.

The heavy duty burner body is precision machined and stress relieved for long life and minimal distortion. The ribbon pack can be replaced quickly, without the need to replace the whole burner. Air and gas nozzles can be quickly removed without tools to allow ease of cleaning.
